General Provisions

Account Registration

To use bazibd services, users must create a personal account. All information provided during registration must be accurate, complete, and up to date.

2.1 Registration Requirements

• Each user may open only one account. Multiple accounts for the same person are not allowed.
• Accurate name, date of birth, address, and contact details must be provided when creating an account.
• Your password must be kept completely confidential and must not be shared with any third party.
• If any account details change, our support team must be notified immediately.

2.2 Identity Verification (KYC)

bazibd verifies users' identities to ensure safe and fair service. The verification process may require submission of a National ID (NID), passport, or driving licence. Identity verification may be required before withdrawals can be processed.

Age Verification

New members will receive a 100% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳8,000. For example: depositing ৳1,000 gives a ৳1,000 bonus for a total balance of ৳2,000; or depositing ৳18,000 gives a maximum bonus of ৳8,000 for a total balance of ৳26,000.

5.2 Bonus Terms and Conditions

• The welcome bonus wagering requirement is 20x (bonus plus deposit amount).
• The wagering requirement must be met before bonus funds can be withdrawn.
• A bonus applies only once per account.
• Bonuses may not be transferred to or exchanged with any third party.
• Each bonus offer may have a specific expiry period; the bonus will be cancelled once the period has passed.

Gaming Rules

The bazibd platform offers slots, live casino, sports betting (including cricket, football, and kabaddi), and various types of online games. Each game is operated under specific rules.

6.1 General Gaming Conditions

• All games are operated on the basis of fair play principles.
• Any manipulation or fraud in determining game results is strictly prohibited.
• In the event of a technical error, bazibd reserves the right to declare the game result void.

6.2 Sports Betting

Prohibited Activities

The following activities are completely prohibited in order to maintain the integrity and security of bazibd:

• Creating or operating multiple accounts.
• Registering an account using false information.
• Using another person's identity or submitting forged documents.
• Misusing or manipulating bonus benefits.
• Using automated software, bots, or hacking tools.
• Engaging in money laundering or any illegal financial activity.
• Engaging in fraudulent behaviour or harassment towards other members.
• Attempting to breach the platform's security systems.

Account Suspension and Closure

bazibd may temporarily suspend or permanently close a user's account in the following circumstances:

• Violation of any provision of these Terms.
• Failure to cooperate with the identity verification process.
• Detection of suspicious or fraudulent activity.
• At the user's own request for Self-Exclusion.
• Extended period of account inactivity.

Where applicable, bazibd will notify the user before closing an account. If a user wishes to close their own account, a request can be made via 24/7 live chat.

Limitation of Liability

bazibd is an online gaming service provider. We strive to ensure uninterrupted service on the platform, however there are limits to our liability in certain matters.

• bazibd is not responsible for any loss caused by technical errors, network issues, or failure of third-party services.
